Joe Dell lives about an hour outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Her houseboat, Synergy, is docked at the Holiday Marina which is on Lake Lanier close to Budford Georgia.

When we visit Joe Dell, she often takes us on the lake and we stay overnight on one of Lake Lanier's scenic beaches.
